You'll know when she tries to go down on you, but stops right at the zipper and looks into your eyes with that sad puppy pisces look and says "if i had a line i can do this so much better."
I have a pisces friend. Back then even when we were in highschool she always into men with money.

My family member has a mistress, and we all know that she is all about money. She is a pisces.

Now she's married, with a good stable and wealthy man. They just got kids, seem very happy with her marriage.

Im pisces, she is pisces. Sugar daddy-yes and no. I want to spoil her. I make go to college. I dont give her everything she wants or asks for. I try to make her work for it. I like to spoil, but dont want a spoiled brat. Never got her anything expensive, she drops hints she wants expensive diamond earrings. I want to buy her a car but....
Her father spoils mom, maybe she expects the same?
I had to leave for a few years for work, we rarely saw each other. Things have changed.

honestly, I am the same way with some people. And it’s because I know they’re always going to be there and always going to help me even if I don’t hangout with them, etc. Sometimes I’m even rude to those people because again, they’re always going to be there. Even though I’m acknowledging this, it’s not going to change because, again again, they are still there when I need them. And for that, I am selfish and am only worried about what I can gain from situations.
(Trying to change my ways now and understand myself so that’s why I’m being so hard on myself haha!)

I don't think it's a typical Pisces trait to cheat, I'm a fish and I've never cheated. I had a one night stand with a Gemini girl in my early 20's after my Virgo ex and I broke up, although I got back together with my Virgo ex girlfriend after that - that's the closest thing I ever did to cheating.
About your concern about her being a gold digger. I haven't known Pisces peeps to be gold diggers, but then I think it depends on the persons chart, not everyone is the same. Someone asked on a group on FB, 'Love or Money?' and one of my female friends who is a Pisces answered, 'love can't feed me'. That's not to say she's a gold digger, she might just like food.
