REJECTION

Hey TunaTown,

How do you handle it? What things do you consciously do to accept and move past rejection? What does rejection feel like for you?

(All are welcome and welcome are all to answer)

It's okay but I am in fear of relationship status, so I like to think its for the better if shit doesn't work. I am getting older and colder.. I think rejection makes better people in what they really need in life...or love...

I also think rejection to some folks is like a go card, but it's a red flag and dealbreaker seriously...

It's strange in that I rarely develop crushes without having reason to feel that the other person is interested in me first. Finding someone attractive and being interested are two different things. However, in the few instances where I threw caution to the wind and got rejected, of course there is a feeling of embarrassment and the want to listen to Sia, but I'm usually pleased at the fact that I took a chance and won't have to live wondering "what if".

Crushes aren't very serious to me so being rejected doesn't get much of a response out of me. At the most, I would feel a little embarrassed but that's about it. At that point, it's easy to get rid of any attraction and move on. I'm not a chaser.

Perhaps. I'm still learning about my chart and what it all means. I will need to read up on this some more.

When I'm rejected I respect it. People have standards and perhaps I did not meet theirs.
