Allen,
if Alana wants to reveal herself I?m sure she will.
All I can say is that she has the irish spirit and a humour to match!
La dolce vita beckons - it seems to be the time for that in my life just now - the past with it?s sorrows IS gone (not forgotten, mind!) and we humans have this unique ability; adaptation. Probably our greatest asset, all told!
So, as I never do what I?m told, I?ll be visiting the pubs again, at least when I don?t have to swim there...
Won?t it be fun to read the daily post, starting like this: "Last night at the pub..."
(I might even try the whiskey JT is so fond of!)

My oh my, Allen, aren?t you shocked—
Cheer up, there is more to life than books, films and music, there is also people.
In Iceland we have more than thousand years of the written word and literature. Before christendom (year AD 1000) there was belief in the old Nordic gods, (Odin and Valhalla etc), and we have these old sagas and poems, one of the oldest is Havamal, a lot of wisdom in there, one place it says: "A man is man?s enjoyment" (a badly translated line?) but the real meaning is that a person should seek friendship and company of his/her fellow men.
And that should happen this side of the grave - in Valhalla they only had the dead heros and the beautiful servant girls - it?s from there where the Koran borrowed the idea...
Have you seen Mel Gibsons movie The passion of the Christ?

Hi My Turtle Pal..

Nope, Aries are not meant to be "housebroken" or controlled in any form! We are independent, free spirit souls who enjoy all that life has to offer. We need someone who will love us and accept us for who we are and allow us our freedom. We are very loyal and can be trusted. Once we give our love to someone and they have touched our hearts...they will recieve the most uncondional, encouraging aspects of our being. We are true friends to those who respect us. We surely have no qualms about removing ourselves from a situatiaon if we are feeling a bit captive or under a microscope by our friend/partner or whatever. Trust is sooooo very important to us and once that is broken...see ya dude and there is no looking back. We are also very blunt and to the point. Did anyone notice? Any questions?

Turtle....your reputation is NOT kaput my dear...you are YOU...keep doing your "turtle thing" and bring us the surprises that you are meant to share....let it rip! And...hey you...what is this word "fail" that you use? Aries don't use that word...there is no such thing as failure, only opportunities to learn.

I will still wipe your tears though,....I got the kleenex right here should you need some. 🙂

Dear Freebird,
a true fellow aries, always one for adventure and not knocked back for long after meeting the brick wall head on at high speed.
You described us aries much better than I could have, but I must add that our loyalty is also our biggest liability. Know what I mean?
Yes, of course you do, been there too!?
I was thinking, as a 50/50 aries/pisces, that maybe these last six months were my pisces period, and now my aries one has begun, at least I feel like it?s a whole new vista. (I mean feeling more like dancing than moping...)
Wonder what the astrology experts would say about that.
Well, now it?s bedtime for the yet-to-be-naughty turtle, but as Margaret Michell wrote: tomorrow is another day...

NOT TO Mention, . . .SELFISH today, cause you only gave us 15 seconds of yer fast fingers. . . . dont tell me, . . your fingers are tired ? You could have told of your plans, for the holiday, you super human, mystery of frozen H20, slippery depending on the question, type of you can look but dont touch, cutie you !!! How is that for a blind man, telling his pet Hawk what you look like and waiting for the bird to say what they think about you— NOW, . . . did you understand all of this the first time you read it, or did you go back again once or more to get the jist of it—

Wanna hear something really wild —? How does it feel to want ? . . . . . . . . be honest. . . . .but. . discreet !

And Good afternoon to you too Mr. "Blind" Polaris 😉 You sure are "sparky" today eh? Love it...love the ignition system that you possess. My fingers NEVER get tired oh no...not me....I am a girl on the go that is forsure! My plans are...I am staying home alone tonight with me, myself and I. (gosh we make a great team 🙂) I have cleaned my fish tank and my very big fishes are swimmingly happy. Perhaps now I will go from fish to bird...gonna saute a few boneless chicken breast in Pecan Rub and create a wonderful dinner for "us". The only thing missing will be my orange creamsicle pop - up popsicle for dessert. I hear that they make jelly beans in that flavor...

Today was a great day for me....wanna hear? cause her fingers are moving quite rapidly and I am certain that there is no stopping her.....started off with a determined and dedicated workout at the gym...because of it being Good Friday, a lot of people that normally "work" were in today so this gave me a wonderful opportunity to catch up with folks that I have not seen in a loooooong time. One fella it had been almost 3 yrs.! Such a beautiful day that I went for a walk in nature....then to the nursery to buy some plants for planting this weekend and I will be sure to protect them as so the Easter Bunny does not eat them....and now...I am relaxing here chatting with YOU, the Blind Man. Yes, I did quite nicely understand your post the very first time that I read it....I am 6 now and I learned how to read and comprehend last year when I was 5. 🙂

What I "think" about you....air signs THINK a lot....right? yep, and that is a good thing...are you mostly a left brainer or a right brainer? Oh let me go back...to answer your question about me? Mystery of frozen H20 would be "ice"...mystery of ice? okay. I don't really get that one but maybe you can share with me your perspective? Spot on with some of your assesments of me...how did you do that? You are very cleaver and perceptive I might add....

Yes, I wanna hear something really wild....You ask me how does it feel to want....the word "want" is not a word that I generally use...would you like to know why? I will let you ask me if you so desire okie dokie?

Tag....YOu are it my friend.....

Freebird, me thinks thou art a FIREBIRD at times, and with your intelligence, I believe quite dangerous. Yes, I am curious as to why you dont like the word want. . ! Will you tell me, . . .please—
As for the "Ice", PLEASE, forgive me, but, I think of "Ice" in your case, cause it seems like you want male strangers to see you that way, cause you dont want to get hurt. Meaning, possibly it is hard for you to let go in the "Heart Department" due to past experiences. I almost think you allow people to think the wrong thing about you, so they will leave you alone. (Not here in Cyber Space) But, in your daily routine, obviously, you are nice to look at, you're active (socially anyway) and I can imagine you spending time with people who appreciate the friendship you offer, because you offered on your own. To me, you appear to be choosy about who you consider a real friend, not that you dont deserve to be able to do that. We all should be picky about who is a real friend. (A real friend, deserves my loyalty.) I only refer to Ice in a friendly fashion, because you are so very cautious. I bet you are picky about your clothes, and if you wear Fragrances, I am sure it is probably expensive. So, Ice is not a bad thing, and I bet you can ignore anyone you so desire to. And, I think that when you loose your temper, it is a sight to behold, cuss words and all, . . however, I bet it is rare for you to loose your cool, especially in a public place. I still consider you a bit of a mystery, and you probably would not let anyone know too much, . . .would you— I should have kept you guessing on the cold word, but, I can always think of something else to tease you about. . . . .

As for Wild, . . . . I dare not print what I think would trip your trigger, flip you out, and make you say, . . . OH SHOOT, GOLLY GEE, and HOLY SMOKE. . . . .by the way, do you know what really burns my butt —? . . . . . . . . . . . . . A lit three foot candle. Thought I was serious, did'nt you ? Hey, here is a true short story, . . . . .Ever been to Greensboro? I was invited to a party there, long long time ago. When my ex and I got there, we went out back to meet some high society types, and OMG, almost everyone was in their birthday suits ! Really nice place, beautiful women in a nice pool, well, I had on a slight buzz, and due to cotten mouth, I drank a couple of screwdrivers, got brave and decided to go jump in the pool. I got nekkid, got up on the diving board, did a one and a half and pissed off the host, cause the neighbor was mowing his lawn, and when I went up and off of the diving board, I was much higher than the solid wood fence they had around their back yard and their pool. . . . . memories, . . .know what I mean ?

Hi everybody!

Sounds like each of us is participating in life these days...that is pretty good considering the alternative. No, Allen..I am not off flying around in Tahiti although it would be a nice adventure for this adventureous Freebird. I will concur with you on your assesment of our favorite turtle friend...she is into something mischievious and doing what only a turtle can do best!

So, what did you think of Rusty Wallace winning the race? Did you cover that event? He sure did look like quite a happy camper....oh, I mean "racer."

Have a great day filled with many unexpected wonderful surprises!

Hi my favorite Turtle Pal!!!! Ah, yes....I sure have been having some very weird experiences of late.

Went out with my pisces friend...she took me out to dinner and to a bar for a late B~day celebration. Had a great time but I am a little tired today. Ended a relationship with an Aqua guy this past week for the millioneth time. This time it is for good...I cannot emotionally handle anymore of the games...I am very surprised at myself for participating for as long as I have. Arg.....such a complex situation..like nothing I have ever experienced before in my life and he says the same....not soon afterwards and another Aqua friend that I have known for about 14 yrs popped back into my life. This time not as a friend but he wants more.....I feel as if my life right now is like a spinning ball on the nose of a seal. (wish I was the seal instead I feel like the ball and could be spun into "unknown" charters of the deep.

That is what is cooking over here...how about you, Turtle? How is life for you?

Keep taking good care of yourselves,

Freebird

My dear Freebird, lovely to hear from you.
And yes, these are weird times, isn?t it?
In my case there are no exes or old loves to speak of, but the new ones seem to be popping up all over the place. Do you have a clue what?s going on - has some fairy been spraying some attraction-wonder-solution?
At least that?s what cooking over here, seems to be cooking in the west too—
Was thinking - didn?t Allen get any of this magic stuff..

I am not sure what Turtle is up to but...passion is something that she is made of so you may be correct my fishy friend. Sounds like you are having a busy weekend and a fun one at that!

I will be up in Boone Sat. and Sun. It's gonna be a great weekend up in those there hills. I hear 'em callin' me now. Yes, life is short and that is one way to look at it...or life is a gift, enjoy every magical moment that is given to us. After all, we are the lucky ones because we are able to create those moments by our choices. I'm going for it..how about you?

Uranus in Pisces. Remember that Neptune is in Aquarius and the combination is supposed to positively effect both signs and planets. I am an Aquarius who is living in a dream state most of the time. Ever heard of nostalgia? I take off when ever I can. Know where I go? To the OCEAN. I may as well be Pisces(And I've really enjoyed talking to them lately). More than ever. Kickstarting the Age of Aquarius. Dictators and Delusions Rule the Day. Don't forget that the USA Progressed Sun Just Entered Pisces. It's a watery world. Oh yeah. I saw a marooned ship at the beach the other day and three guys (entrepeneurs) were treasure hunting and gutting the boat because no one was watching it and maritime laws are very.....Watery. Aquarian spirited dreamers. Real modern day pirates. Reminds me of some other things going on in the world.
