When is intuition just obsession?

Hi Pisces people!
I'm new to the group and I have a question. Is it a Pisces trait to hold on to relationships even way past their expiration date? I met this aries male/taurus rising (I'm a pisces female/cancer rising) almost 3 years ago and I can't seem to let go... not my fault completely... he keeps popping in and out of my life. We've tried to make it work twice, but because of the distance between us (yes, it was a long distance relationship) we haven't been able to make it work. I want to move on, but I have this nagging feeling that he may play a very significant role in my life (marriage maybe?). Am I just obsessed, or should I listen to my intuition?

Hey im a pisces too so trust me i know how your intuition hits you, but what is it telling you... to move on? or to hold on?

That's where my confusion lies... Is it my intuition telling me to hold on, or are my obsessive thoughts about him interfering?

Thats what I was thinking too yungbrtha but I was being lazy and didn't post.Which one comes first on the situation,usually the first thing that comes to mind is the correct and the second guess is the incorrect.

I am in a similiar situation. But mine is with a Gem. I think it's your intuition.

That's hard to figure out, isn't it? Been through this myself. I tend to hold on to feelings for someone way past the normal status quo. Usually though, I think it is intuition. Those I have held onto like that always came back into my life for one reason or another. Hang in there, babe!
