Aries ever want more than FWB?

So I am a Gemini and I just got out of a serious LTR with an Aquarius(we were supposed to get married). I have always thought this Aries was super cute but I never went in that direction when I was in a relationship. Once he found out I was single he chased pretty hard. I slept with him pretty quickly, about a couple of weeks after we started talking. I wanted to have fun, he was gorgeous, sexy, and I was so sexually attracted to him. I wanted him and I didn't care, I was newly single after a 5 year relationship and so was he. Anyways, he said he just wanted to be hook up buddys after that encounter. I agreed because the sexual chemistry was out of this world. We continued to hook up maybe 2-3x a month for about 4 months and then it started to become more regularly.

WELL, It happened to me....I started catching feelings. We would cuddle and have deep meaningful talks and I realized we have so much in common, we both are super goofy, and our sex is incredible. UGH! He would really only reach out when he wanted to hook up and I started feeling resentment. Last time he wanted to hook up I let him know that I don't think the FB situation is for me and I have more to offer and that I had a great time. Its not really my thing. His response was that he had a great time too and he hopes that I find someone for me.

I was crushed.

Well, I bumped into him in person a month after I sent that text, and after that brief encounter he let me know if I ever change my mind to let him know. I kinda brushed him off. Then he started liking all my FB pictures regularly.

Two weeks later I bump into him again and he has more conversation with me, and again that I ever wanted to hang out to let him know ( we all know what hanging out means).

THEN two weeks later he reached out again and let me know that he misses our sex and that he has never had sex like ours. He continued the conversation asking about my day and asked what I was up to but I just never really replied.

Is he interested in just sex or is he enjoying the chase that aries love and am I a challenge to him again? What i'm saying is DO I HAVE A CHANCE? hahaha I would like to slowly like to get to know him outside the bedroom and possibly date him.
