Disarming the Narcissist

Anyone read it? It is good book if you are struggling with a person exhibiting narcissistic behavior. However it seems to suggest that narcissist in relationships can change.

I'm not sure that is possible though. Have you ever delt with a narcissist? How did you get out of he situation and what was their sun sign?

I've dealt with two. One a Libra. The other a Sagittarius. The only way I've found is to block them on all social media. Change or block the numbers. Ignore. Ignore. Ignore.

The Libra was more of a pity party narcissist. He would talk of suicide & then follow up with "we really get each other", "you understand me" etc. I eventually stopped giving in & started putting my own needs first. (The Aqua in me loves to help. ?) He still pops up from time to time looking for sympathy. When he doesn't get it he attempts the ignore thing with me but...you have to care about being ignored to be ignored.

The Sagittarius was the stalker type. He'd show up to my house without calling. Make me feel guilty for withholding sex, not calling, not texting, not caring etc. He found out I was becoming involved with someone else & tried to become their friend. Created new social media pages when blocked. Called & text from different numbers. He was way worse than the Libra. I eventually had to get the police involved.

Both were cheaters. Both were horrible liars. Both got on my last nerve.
