I know he's far different from that Leo, is not pansexual and trying to figure himself out and is moody and angsty, he's far more mature and knows what he wants. But even still...that experience stuck with me so bad, it's made me extra extra cautious. Which perhaps given my ros? tinted history, isn't the worst thing for me.

Something I noticed in your dating history posts is that all of a sudden your rose tinted glasses come off and then you truly see the person for who they are. I think maybe I have been guilty of this too to an extent but it might be wise to hold off on these proclamation of love threads until you've had the proper chance to get to know the person.

I know the Capricorn I briefly dated realized important things about himself when dating me. Like how agreeing to anything and everything and "I have thoughts and opinions! If that's ok with you..." Is actually NOT attractive, and while women want a nice and respectful man, they do not want a push over or overly nice man who has no actual strong passions or interests and agrees on everything. Not to mention angsty brooding and "woe is me" isn't cute either. The "I'm the nice guy...look at me!" Isn't exactly "a nice guy."

Yes yes yes! You cannot fix it as much as we want to. You should get in a relationship with someone who already has what you want mainly. Sure they could improve, but there's no "I like the shell, but I can fix this and do some molding." Be with someone for WHO they are, not who they COULD possibly become.
it becomes a selfish tendency too when they keep talking about how nice they are, but brooding on how they get taken advantage of or become frustrated because they don't get back as much as they give out etc. grow up and get some balls, sheesh.
Everyone has flaws and nobody is perfect. You just have to ask yourself, "is this something I can deal with longterm if they don't grow out of it?"

Again you are so fucking slow! The Pisces, the one that was the roommate from hell and the only one I talked about was the one I moved out from in September. If you read instead of jumping to your own conclusions for the sake of drama, you would know that. One roommate I didnt get along with. I've been with aqua since sept, other than her being down on money (she has her work permit again so that's fixed) we've been getting along just fine and she's a good stress free roommate. We have a year lease. The other people I've lived with and I are still close friends. Pisces not so much but that's the only one...she's talking to me more now and calming down so who knows. Although my other friends think it's a bad idea to befriend someone again who talked down to me and tried to be a strict mom

"Can see getting married to someone" and "marrying them" are totally different things. Within a few dates, you know if you can see a future longterm with someone. You date to test that out. For awhile. I would never consider marriage until I've been with someone at least 2-4 years. And a year engagement etc etc. most people I've gone to school with are getting married dating eachother less then I see fit. Like 1-1.5 years.

For that reason is why I'm slow at connecting with anyone. I see through the bullshit and just wait for it to surface.
I hope you slow it down and you will see life gets easier when you don't wear those rose tinted glasses. My gf with Libra Sun, Pisces Moon as finally learned to not listen to the words but pay close attention to actions and patterns. She has been BURNED bad by guys.

Oh yes, for sure. I now see how talk is cheap. I'm serious, that last Leo REALLY got to me so even though I have a great time with this aqua and have known him for years and know we have a connection, I am not moving fast. Being able to see marriage and talking about marriage are totally different things. I don't see myself having that talk with him for over a year, possibly 2. I'm in no rush to get married.
