What placements indicate on-off again relationship

I am interested in learning what aspects can indicate an on again, off again relationship in synastry/composite charts. Or fated relationship. Very intrigued!

On/Off - aspects between Uranus and personal planets (Venus, Moon, Sun esp. if these aspects are also present in the natal, usually one at least person does have these natal aspects) and Saturn (I think).

Fated/"Meant to be feeling"/Karmic - Pluto and personal planets and angles, angle-angle contacts, and nodal contacts. Also, certain asteroids (if you're into that). Neptune and personal planets/angles/lunar nodes. Saturn and personal planets (Sun, Moon, Venus) and angles (Vertex), nodes. Neptunian and Plutonian dominant people are usually more prone to experience these type of intense relationships, whether it's imbalanced/one sided either way, or equally intense for both parties (for better or worse).

Placements: Venus in Aquarius. No idea about aspects.

Uranus tied to mercury.
