i would still get taken back at times by how oblivious they can be even after all these years lol. scorp can be oblivious about smaller objects around him but he is sensitive about emotional undertone which contributes to my attraction to him. my bff on the other hand told me she is insensitive to emotional undertone that she is unable to read people. she often dates obvious assholes that i wouldn't even talk to for 5 mins lol. t thought the confusion was due to her neptune in 1st house and mars in 12 but who knows. maybe it's the virgo moon lol

it's interesting when googled, yahoo answers says moon in aqua is the most observant. that's not a prevailing belief

and i have neptune in 12. if i appear insensitive that's because i want to appear like that

I'm good at interacting with people. I pick up on their body language and queues. People seem to feel at ease around me, and they tell me things you would never believe without me asking. And yes I pick up on emotional undertone as well as duplicity.

I'm oblivious however of my surroundings. Like I have been out shopping or driving and people have waved at me and I didn't at all notice them. I'm always the last person to get the gossip at work."What they broke up? I didn't know they were dating." Don't get me wrong, I"m street smart and I pay attention if I'm walking alone or if it's late or something, but otherwise I don't notice people.

you are probably just in your zone a lot which i think it's a good thing. why cares about all the noises around when they are not important. i'm naturally alert but when i don't need to be I'd be totally in my zone and my head. i think virgo moon + water sun is a good combo. it's probably too much earth for an earth sun.
