I didn't know where the hell to put this question lol

I was downloading some music and it got me thinking about how expressive men are when writing or performing songs about how they feel about a woman or heartbreak or relationships. Like some of the songs and the words are SO GOOD!!!

So how come in real life men seemingly can't talk like this? Or is it that they can, with the right woman?

Thoughts?

I feel their good songs to sing to in the shower. Moments you can enjoy to yourself. The problem is if you say them to a woman she often takes it far too seriously.

Robin Thicke - Lost Without U being a great example. Great song. Only sing it in the car or shower in your own private time. Keep that stuff to yourself.

Wow Tiz.... I just read those lyrics! Is that really how a man would feel about his woman?

And u keep it to yourself?!

I remember writing and recording two songs for a girl I liked one before the relationship one during. Any man can talk about it but its easier with an expressive outlet.

lol yeah men write ALOT of romantic songs and they are very expressive.

when they write poetry it's also very intense. My husband wrote me some before and wow. holy crap. He even said he knew i'd love that shit.
