It's a nurturing gesture and one of adoration. It transcedents romantic love and affection; in a vague sense it's a display of unconditional love.

At least how I see it.

Really? Because the last person who gave me a kiss on the forehead I never saw again...

Maybe its a goodbye kiss..

Lol no what I meant was the aqua dude did this to me and it was the first time a guy had done it

i enjoy a forehead kiss. my guy has just started doing cheek kisses which i absolutely love.
