Trapping. (Not drugs. I know, boo)

So we're all familiar with relationship traps. You know, the entirely too exhaggerated idea that people (namingly, women) are notorious for trapping their SOs via babes.

I've never actually come across this though. Have you?

In fact I find that through my experience, men are first to "jokingly" talk about getting their women pregnant to keep them.

Whaaat exactly is one's reasoning behind this? I can guess insecurity but I'm really at a loss here.

Be honest, has such a devious thought ever crossed your love (or lust) struck mind?

It's funny you mention lust too. Especially since today, I feel like most children are not planned.

Bringing children into adult problems always leads to disaster.

I know a woman who does this! Claims she doesn't.. I'm sure she has borderline personality disorder. She's in her mid fifties and has a new man every year or two. Which is fine.. but she can't seem to keep them because she gets a little intense and crazy. She tells them that she hasnt gotten her period when they're trying to break it off with her and such. Its one of her tactics. :/

Everytime I've witnessed "trapping" it's been the man trying to trap the woman with a child. "You'll always be stuck with me now." " No man will want you now that you have a kid" Ol insecure ass bastards.

If a guy is stupid enough to think he can trap me by getting me pregnant, he obviously hasn't been listening to me when I say I don't want kids, am pro choice and I will get an abortion if birth control fails, and I need to rid myself of him.

The thing is where I'm from, the women choose not to work when teens because the government gives a cash grab for new mothers due to wanting a population increase.

My husband had a frievd who produced a baby with a chick that claimed she was on the pill during a one night stand. He's an idiot for believing her.

Turns out she had two other kids with two other men.

$ 5 grand bonus, free housing and heaps of money each month, plus the guy pays.

Single white welfare mothers are rich.

So for my comparison I see the laziness and lack of desire to achieve when these ppl get free money.

Ahhhhh ok I suspected you were talking about the baby bonus. I remember when that first came in. This young couple who I was friends with at the time, the boyfriend used part of their baby bonus to upgrade his computer so he could continue to play world of Warcraft —.

The girlfriend used to work but didn't get another job after the baby was born. Can you guess what type of mother she had.

The welfare system needs an overhaul. When my friend was with her husband and two kids she kept on getting letters from Centrelink saying she was eligible for certain payments. She didn't understand why because she worked part time when she could and her husband had more than enough money to support her and the two little ones.

How can a woman trap a man with a baby when she needs his sperm to create said baby?

Once he went in raw dog he agreed to the possibility of a kid. That's not trapping it's irresponsible if you have nonintention on being a parent.

Back then they really didn't had to because the cost of living was low enough for the man alone to bring the bacon. Now everything is sky high not even both parents can't make ends meet.
