The best way to get a cap or any respectable guy for that matter is to not give anything. When I met my cap we went out everyday for 2 or 3 weeks before we kissed. My cap always told me that he wouldnt date a girl from a bar if she put out he would take it if not he wouldn't call cause she is not a respectable woman.

Caps are womanizers, they have a special way to them that attracts woman to come to them. If he came to you I would be very suprised.
