I think its the state of growing and changing from your experiences. Most would generalize it based on age categories but I think on an individual basis, its varies from person to person.
I would agree that it would equate to handling a situation properly ... however, "proper" isn't something that a person just knows how to do. Furthermore, "proper" holds different meanings to different people, for every person has a different opinion of what is proper.
One mans trash is another mans treasure ... so, there is no definitive answer as to what is "right", if viewed from the community.
This means that only to yourself, can you be rightly mature in handling a situation ..... and this is gained by learning from an experience as to what is right for you, what is appropriate for you. If you continue to make the same mistakes, eventhough you've experienced in the past that they were the wrong road to travel .. then you are immature. If you are able to recognize in foresight, this foresight gained from a life-experience, that ahead lies a wrong road so you don't walk down it because it's wrong for you .... then you are mature.
Good explanation PAngel. my thoughts goes in the same way. on top of what u called mistakes, i add an extra line: "if u continue to make decisions based on ur insecurities and fears(which are different for each zodiac) than learning ways to override them, you would be making immature decisions".
Most times what we perceive as true or good is only a reflection of social psychology and if you can agree with the fact that society is basically insecure and fckd up big time, you might face the need to find out what exactly is good and bad for you as an individual by observing and studying your own weaknesses and advantages.
