when it happens

that moment when feelings flood. when all of a sudden you look at that person differently. when you can't stop thinking about that person from then on. why it happens when it happens? and then what? you just go about like nothing happened but your heart yearns to see them, hear them. do you wait and see what happens or you scare the person by saying something happened. and funny thing is this feeling is triggered by something they did - it fanned your slow burning feeling fire. they said something and you just cannot go back to how it was before - the normal. now it is only about being highly conscious.

it is easier for me to deal with my emotions when i have no idea of what the other person is thinking. it is easy to carry on. it is when there is a sign of something from the person i am interested in that things become crazy. then it is omg does he think of me too in the way i think of him. what does he think, what if he doesn't give any more signs and so on..

There's always a new normal btw. Feelings are real and important and strong, but they are not where something ends. They're typically just the beginning.
i think the new feelings become normal when there is a sense of security in them, otherwise it is now what, then what. but also if things don't go anywhere or you feel the other person is not as interested, it is possible to go back to the old normal, i think.

Dear, from what you've shared, there aren't any signs. You're making them up in your head because you want to see if he's interested.
If you have to pick apart every minute detail to determine if a guy likes you, he DOESN'T like you like that.
Simmer down. You're going to work your brain into a ridiculous hysteria doing this bullshit.
