A Sag mind and the ticking...

What makes them tick and how do they tick, what is it about them that dislikes a Cancer.

Why can't I sense depth in their emotions? I know all humans feel...but I am left with a perplexed feeling when I try to ponder how they feel while around them.

How would you describe the feeling of throwing caution to the wind instead of dwelling and worrying about security as much as they say Cancers do?

Who says I don't have depth :/ I have a lot of scorpio in my chart tho so that would explain it. If you're left pondering just ask. We'll tell you...unless it's not in my best interest (thats the scorpio talking).

Who says I don't worry? The times when I do throw caution to the wind tho...I just don't wanna think about the consequences cus they can get overwhelming and I figure, what happens happens. I go about this life and maybe things will be just fine if I don't worry about them so much. I mean, theres no sense in stressing about a test I just took...I took the test already and I'm gonna get that grade I get and it'll be what it is. No amount of worrying is going to make it any better..I mean really lol

I'm a lot deeper than I let on initially, for one....

I generally just try not to get deep too often...that involves a lot of thinking about thinking and gets a little too serious for my liking.
I'd rather keep it light and airy a majority of the time. Doesn't mean that I am not capable of depth, just prefer not to consume myself with deeper meanings and whatnot

Usually depth means learned or intellectually demanding. Not a water signs strong point at all. I find find waters to be the most intellectually weak people ever. You just do what your told. Your just action, feel, action, feel, action. (Thought not included) Than one day you wake up and go..... I figured I was bound to piss someone off but I am glad I got something. It is not an intellectual depth...it is like an emotional depth. An echoeing feeling you would say. Some of the most intellectual stimulus I ever received was from a Sag. I suppose it fascinates me to think of a sign that doesn't need to think so much with their feelings for they deduce life quicker by the momentary small things.

It is a difference in how we paint the picture in our minds. I can linger in a mood for long periods of time, but for me I learn so much through the feelings for they paint so many pictures of what could be in my mind I don't even need to see the world, I can deduce it through probability and prediction.

What I am now sensing is that Sags are feeling signs that are so much more practical about what they feel than over analytical like Cancers. I have a better view and can say I appreciate the idea of moving on from an emotion faster than a Cancer.

I do apologize for anything that could be interpreted as offensive...these questions are hard to ask because it is not easy to describe how you "feel" someone out. Like I said earlier, I don't believe in anyone not feeling...just more of how they do it. How the internal motors work.

I used to base my decisions on emotions. Then I realized they were only hurting/clouding my decision making so I switched over to the logical decision making. It's actually a sadder way of looking at things because it's made me cynical against relationships...but I guess with every upside there is a downside :/

I always tell my Sagg this, It's his world everything has to be his way......

Funny he tells me the same thing...

But he likes everything done his way and on his time, this is our main issue but if he makes happy which he does this is an easy issue to deal with.

Truth. Why are fire signs considered shallow, wtf? Just because fire signs don't dwell in our emotions on a day to day basis doesn't mean we aren't capable of going deep.

How do water signs know we just don't want to be deep with them?

It use to get me angry when a water sign would call me shallow until I realize when their ass is depressed, and moody as fuck, that they secretly look to fire signs to cheer their ass up, lol.

I agree with you both water signs can be very moody, I am just lucky I have a lot of fire in my chart that helps me control my emotions......

I didn't say they weren't deep, I was curious why it couldn't be felt on my Cancerian radar. It is fascinating that anyone could hide an emotion to someone else that does not possess the innate ability to do so.

If there are so many assumptions though as to their shallowness, where does the truth lie? Again, no statements, just curiousity...I never insulted any sign. Unless the curiousity in itself could be an insult.

One of my favorite Sags ever is Beethoven...I have felt so much through his music and passion in composition. So there is emotion in all the signs and I appreciate that fact.

Looking for a clear tell amongst the poker face.

finally, somebody gets it.

A great group, and often am uber turned on by a lady of this sign...I would say the only thing that throws me is there is seemingly no down time for the Sag...such a restless soul that simply operates on "go" non stop.

I was married to a cancer man for years and years..........in the end he wore me down with his constant pessimism.......i would always look for the good in things...he always saw the difficulties.......i was spontaneous.....he had to think on things for too long.....everything was difficult. I felt I couldnt be open with him as he would take things the wrong way and not get over it...whereas a fire girl can just go BLAH, get it out and move on! We sag can be deep...we seek knowledge and truth...not our fault if others cant keep up or refuse to open their minds!

My best friend always complains about me not wanting to get deep. About how I never think about anything. I'm a Sag with a Leo rising. He's a Leo with a Cancer rising. Ugh. I tell him I think about many things. I just don't dwell on it. I think about it and move on. If I'm feeling depressed (which happens rarely), I stay to myself and try to do something that makes me happy. He on the other hand broods, pouts, and complains until everyone around him is as miserable as he is. I don't call that being deep. I call it being a malcontent.

My emotions? Hmm. You have to really know me to get my my true, sweet, sensitive side in all it's glory lol. I do have a fiery temper, but it takes a lot to really piss me off. I'm just easy going about everything pretty much. I can get pretty mad, but it's gone in 5 minutes.

Most of the time when people complain about not being able to read me, I think they are just looking for power. If I like you as a friend or otherwise, there is no mistaking it. Now if you're looking for,"Oh baby. I can't live without you. Don't leave me I need you." :-P You have the wrong chick for that. This Scorp I see used to complain that I was very hard to read. He doesn't complain as much now, but I still don't think he "gets" me. I believe it's a power/control thing. Sag women really aren't great for making an insecure man feel powerful. We're just too independent and have too many men buzzing around all of the time. But do we have emotions? Absolutely. We're fire. We have passion. Are we deep? Absolutely. We just don't dwell. Don't let us fool you.

I suppose the inherent negative out put from a Cancer is what I don't like and try to change about myself by emulating other signs. Sags are the funnest because they are so much like Cats to me...always landing on their feet after every leap.

If you don't respect where I am coming from then I cannot care as much for there is not much that can be done about it, but the feedback is invaluable.

I think at first I was drawn to his steadfastness.....and we had things in common. But as the relationship went on our differences were too great. I think I lost sight of myself...to busy trying to keep the peace. So that made me stop trying to talk to him and then we just grew apart. He could be sensitive and take things the wrong way...so i clammed up which is totally un like me! And I think resentment grew...till one day...I let it all out and walked away! Kind of sad...basic morals and ideals are there between Cancerians and Sag I think....but we just have different approaches.
