I appreciate other people's points of views. I can usually see where their coming from. But I will admit sometimes I think they're rediculous and think my opinion is better. 🙂
Since I am open-minded and not easily offended, etc...I have the tendancy to expect others to be the same. So I end up thinking some people are just ignorant, and my main response is that I feel bad for them (which is rather snotty of me.) 🙂
It depends on who you are dealing with .. some people can only hear you once words are heated.
And sometimes, it's only during an arguement that some people get out their true feelings.
Often people go about life, steering clear of confrontation, and will keep their real anguishes locked up inside .. these people probably actually need to be prompted to explode from time to time to vent off.
So, it really depends. When I argue with another person, it's rarely for my own benefit, when I'm consolign with another person, or understanding of another, etc .... I treat them according to what they need, rather than what I need to be.
And to answer your question .. yes, I always understand the other person's point of view ... unfortunately, people are much more limited in the understanding of themself, then they realize .. so, to understand them normally equates to = they know not what they are even saying, as it's relative to reality.
