Fruits, veggies, complex carbs that will give your body the energy it needs.

No coffee, sugars, etc.

Most people don't eat well or get enough sleep, hence lack of energy. ...then they rely on coffee and shitty energy drinks to get them by.

Do it the right way and most people would likely feel better and have more energy to function.

Exercise also helps keep energy up as well.

I've never been as busy as I am right now.

Anybody have quick and easy ways to recharge aside from sleeping?

Thanks 🙂

Aside from a quick power nap... lol

Take 5 at least, and have some protein--

you would be amazed at what just a spoonful

of peanut butter can do, as far as a recharge.

When your blood sugar drops, tired and cranky

soon follows.

But even better would be to go ahead and make the

sandwich with some jelly, and enjoy.

Try Korean ginseng powder (I'm not a salesman for it by the way, I just use it and recommend it): also exercise (even just walking - in park or countryside), deep breathing and mineral water.

I wake up and stretch often.

As contradictory as it may sound, energy expended is energy created. 10 pushups here and there, do squats whilse you brush your teeth.. etc.

Peanut butter Yup! I also love muscle milk shakes. No milk, just protein and they're delicious.

Yes, but you can't go crazy on protein shakes or protein generally. The body derives energy from complex carbs, not protein. Protein just makes you feel fuller longer and isn't at the top of the list of energy stores when the body goes for it.

If you just drink a shake as a meal replacement, fine. But you can't condone it as a go to for a source of energy consistently because overkill will make you gain weight. Something that this current protein obsessed trend always glazes over- protein will make you fat if you aren't using it all. Most people get plenty of protein in their diet, so all this supplemental bs that's been marketed is too much. So you take in too much, and the body doesn't know wtf to do with all this extra protein, and it converts it to fat stores.

You're better off having just a spoonful of peanut butter and an apple. At least the peanut butter has some good fats in there for you as well.
