Sagittarius guy won't make eye contact

I first saw this Sagittarius male a few months ago at work. The first time we came across each other I noticed that he was staring at me but I avoided looking at him. The main reason is that I wasn't in the mood of interacting with people that night, it was almost the end of my shift and I was in a very bad mood. When I'm moody or not feeling well I avoid looking at/talking to people. I'm an introvert by nature and I also have social anxiety and don't trust people easily, I have difficulty making eye contact with strangers or getting to know them. It pretty much takes someone very outgoing and patient to get into my comfort zone but what's weird is that I feel comfortable with some people right away and others not so much. Anyways I'm not trying to make excuses for what I did just trying to give some insight into why I do what I do.

A couple of weeks later I saw him again and he totally ignored me(I don't see him often 'cause he works a different shift and sometimes our shifts overlap) I'm not surprised he did this, in fact I probably would have done the same thing. So time went by and we kept coming across one another, I would notice someone staring at me and as soon as I would look his way, he would look away, look down or leave the area. I told my friend about him and she said that he stares at me when I'm not looking. I kept trying to make eye contact with him but he just wouldn't do it. So two days ago I found an excuse to talk to him and he responded but he still didn't look at me. He probably thinks I'm a cold arrogant bitch but my question is, is there a possibility he'll give me a second chance to get to know him? All I know is that he's a Sagittarius born on December 2nd.

Probably not. Seems like you missed your chance, happens to me all the time. Sagittarians move on quickly.

But if you can I would just talk to him.. it may be hard with your social anxiety but if you really like him this is probably what it would take.

I forgot to mention that I saw him again in the distance after I talked to him and he was looking in my direction and this time he didn't look away. He'll be there again tomorrow, if he continues to ignore me I'll give it up but if he makes eye contact with me then I'll find more excuses to talk to him.

Bingo. We won't approach if you look mad all the time.

For the fact that he keeps on staring at you, tells me that he is very attracted....BUT Once you ignored him the first time, it dampened out his passion a little bit, and now he is mirroring your behavior...DO this the next time that you see him....Stare at him...Even when he looks your way, do not break eye contact...If he is still interested, he will smile, if not, he would give you a weird look...I know about Sag men...Too easy to read!!

Saw him a few days later, walked by him on purpose to see what would happen. I looked his way trying to make eye contact and he did look at me but quickly looked away, he does this all the time. It's as if he doesn't want me to know he likes me. I felt embarrassed and like I was bothering him. Decided to avoid him after this, saw him again today and avoided trying to catch his attention but as I was leaving and I turned to say goodbye to my boss I saw him in the distance staring at me. I know he's not married but maybe he has a girlfriend and that's why he won't talk to, maybe he doesn't want to date anyone at work, maybe...who knows?! Either way I'm not gonna put more energy on this and move on.
