Definitely not Rick. I'm thinking the next major character will die is between Daryl or Glenn. Probably Carol too. I'm not sure about Maggie because she seems becoming the female leader of the group.
Glenn for obvious reason and Daryl to shock the fans and of fans girls because Rick and Daryl has been Batman and Robin for many seasons but Paul Monroe aka Jesus is now on the show, so i guessing AMC are ready to pull the trigger to kill the most popular guy when it comes to girls and Jesus will be Rick's new sidekick. But I could be wrong.
2nd tier characters will be next on line to die. I'm guessing between Abraham, Tara, Sasha, Spencer or Father Gabriel.

Lol Don't lose hope. On the bright side there's a possibility for Daryl surviving for another season because of Dwight, you know the guy who robbed him with his bike and crossbow, So I'm guessing AMC might create a story between both characters and be rival to each other in season 7 just like upcoming rivalry between Rick and Negan in season 7. So there's still hope for all the fan girls of Daryl hahaha
Anyway let's just wait for season finale and find out.
