I don't, but I lucid dream about five times a year and it's amazing haha

Also do u trust ur instint one does not see it. There is an inner knowing n we can't tap into universal knowing. I can't say how many times I've gotten answers , n noticed half sleep state were a word or words come through.
I was asking last night what I needed to know about my spiritual development . I slept but before I awoke half I slept I kept saying black red and white.
Later that day I came across a FB link with video.

I wouldn't trust anything unless it felt right within my own set of core values
I would take it as a tool to better my spirituality.

Its a pretty interesting experience, I try telling my family but they're like meh so I just keep it to myself, my mum told me her grandma used to go all over the world when she astral projected, she went to rome, paris, everywhere but all I could do is walk around my house and if I see myself sleeping I'll wake up straight away. At first when I started id just be in bed looking around my room thinking I was wide awake but then suddenly my eyes would open and it would trip me out.

Omg if you want to talk to spirit guides its amazing! Devas, Angels, Spirits whatever you call them they are amazing. All you need to do is go outside at nighttime and stare at the stars and full moon for ages and then you start to get this feeling that they are watching you and then start to do tai chi or some sort of slow dancing like a leaf and you will feel them come and move you like wind......like if you wanted to learn kung fu you could probably summon an ancient kung fu master and he will teach you kung fu by influencing your body, its really weird its like your body has generations of people living inside you because we are products of millions of years of evolution and at one point our ancestors and we all see the same sky so looking at the moon and sky kind of awakens our DNA and allows us to access our ancestors which are our guardians, spirit guides, devas etc etc.....well thats my take on it, maybe my spirit guide just told me that. 😉

That sounds a little further then I need to go lol. But I do want to AP, I just fear that this is the mass deception in which is talked about in the bible haha
