the 'you know you have to'-part is the worst part of it! happens to me, too. when you know you have to sleep because you have to be up early next morning and have an important and/or exhausting day ahead of you. and then, at five a.m. you're still awake and you still know that you bloomin' MUST! sleep because you have to be up early tomorrow... uhm, FCUK TODAAAAAAY!!!! and an hour later, when you really need to get up and ready, you fall asleep...
