there is one thing you definately can tell as you get older and that is if you drink too much alcohol. it has to be one of the most ageing things!! i think in general, it is later on that a healthy diet starts to show benefits in your complexion 🙂

i'm only 17 actually - raaaaging alcoholic!! LOL!

it balances out in the long run...

plus, it's not always about *what* you eat, but *how much* of it you eat.

when i have a sweet tooth, i don't deny myself. instead, i take a tiny bite and give the rest away.

I will eat what I like, when I like...enough of depriving oneself for the sake of vanity.

I can't stand people who look on desirably from the sidelines and drool while I have my chocolate and cream eclair..I know I will work it off by exercising. If I don't..then so what..there are worse things in life than feeling guilty about eating something you really enjoy!..My skin has never been flawless nor will it ever be that way unfortunately. I am a human being..not an airbrushed picture...At times it looks amazing and other days it looks shit. I guess it's a reflection of how I am feeling..mood wise..not necessarily food wise..Skins always glows if you exercise..go running for 30 minutes, the natural glow and rosy cheeks you will have from that cannot be achieved by applying blusher!

My virgo friend at work...jesus christ anybody would think she owned a pharmacist with the amount of medicinal junk she carries around to try and help her skin. It doesn't need any help!..she drinks the most vile stuff to flush out the toxins...I haven't seen her eat anything nice..EVER!...

yeah. denial is pointless and mind-fuckingly BORING!!! bring ON the chocolate i say. fat people stay fat cos they're always in a state of guilt or denial as they deprive themselves constantly when they diet, only to binge on all the bad stuff when it gets too much for them!!

it's like a bar of cadbury's is some kinda guilty secret. my body NEEDS chocolate at certain times of the month otherwise i would probably run riot in town with a kalashnikov - particularly at the post office which is just ABSURD for waiting in lines at times......

i happened upon a family size bar of cadbury's turkish delight over here. it was ridiculously expensive but i see them so rarely, i couldn't resist. that bar was consumed within 10 minutes. no guilt whatsoever, just pure pleasure 🙂

That I am guilty of ^^^..not drinking enough water..I drink a fair amount...they say if you pinch the back of your hand and the skin takes a while to settle down again shows you are dehydrated...I have tried it and it's not that way..I am hydrated!..wooohooo...Also the colour of your urine is a give away too.

It's all about self-control. If the norm for fat people is to eat 3 bars of chocolate...damn eat just the one...you still get the taste..you don't HAVE to have 3!...jeez

LMAO @ an ocean is missing a whale..hahahha...I don't feel pity for people like that..how could you not know that your body is bordering on becoming a continent! I mean..really!

Do you watch the apprentice PP? A quote the employer used was pretty much the same...he says to one of the candidates "somewhere out there, a village is missing an idiot"...lmao!..brilliant..

Oh...god I hate meddling people don't you?!..as if life wasn't hard enough as it is..

As for me and leos..yes i still love em..but they have moved off the number 1 spot now...Taurus are my favourite...I met a bull (as you might've read in one of the posts) and I am still obsessed with him...although I can't find him..LOL...Hoping to meet another one day..they are quite hard to locate..maybe because they don't get off their lazy asses to go and do anything..

I am foot loose and fancy free...pick and choose whatever I please...at the moment, (god help me) I am talking to a gemini..who is in our circle of friends who do bike rides around London..just got off the phone to him actually...he seems the grounded sort of gemini so it's all good..I am not thinking relationship with him anyway..

I don't think one can tell who eats healthy or not by looking on the outside, because they are so many things that can have a person look either broken or solid physically.

actually, there was this item on english breakfast telly about fitness in kids cos there's a big obesity problems amongst british kids (not surprising cos of the shit they eat). anyhow. the doctor on it had a fat kid and a skinny kid and he was saying that body shape and how you look on the outside is not really relevant to diet cos you can be fat on the inside if you eat the wrong things which is just as harmful to your health as obesity.

the biggest problem amongst most people is dehydration. we don't drink enough water and that is something that definately shows benefits in the complexion.

"fitness in kids cos there's a big obesity problems amongst british kids (not surprising cos of the butter they eat)."

I think it's pretty much the same in America. I also find that kids are less active. In my days we use to run for no reason, now they need a reason to run and real good one too. I don't know if it's food related or just that we don't push them to be more active. When it comes to health I think a person should be able to carry him/herself comfortably, a person should be able to run, at least for a good 5 min non stop. Go up the stairs and still feel alive.
