what about you PR?? how was/is your w/e?

Not as productive as I would have liked. Worked on a mural in the guest room, baked, did some research for my blog and worked on some clinical reports for work. Nothing is completed other than the baking. Sitting under the hooded dryer and watching The Walking Dead marathon now. I'm sure I am annoying my neighbours because the volume is up really high. I can't hear over the motor .

Do you go for walks often Kiwi?

OM NOM! That does sound good Rabbit! my mouth is watering!!! pics??!

And sounds like a pretty sweet weekend PR... what were you baking? I have my nieces 2nd birthday party coming up in a week or 2 and I was thinking about doing a strawberry sponge or strawberry shortcake... not sure which yet!
what is your blog about? if I'm not being too nosey...

I'm trying to get back in shape- not that I'm too out of shape - and so I have a 4 day goal- 2 gym classes, 1 day cardio/ abs and or weights and 1 day outside walking my butt uphill. Its summer so good to make the most of it 🙂 and I have the attention span of a small woodland creature so get uber bored of the damn treadmill

It's a block of cream cheese, a small container of sour cream, a half cup of hot sauce, and 4 cups shredded chicken blended together, put in a baking dish, covered in shredded cheddar cheese and scallions, baked until bubbly, then topped with crumbled bleu cheese. Served with carrots, celery, and crackers 😄

PR I wonder if you could substitute the chicken for veges; chickpeas, courgette, aubergine/ eggplant etc... 😄

YUM! Minus the blue cheese.

And I try because MAYBE there's a chance that something will sink in and stick, even if it is 10 yrs. down the road. I'm stubborn like that. Besides, you scorps are doing a great job of herding him into the sweet, gentle waters of reason. I think we make a good team. You chase the prey, I'll wait in the web. 😉

see, I don't think it'll sink in even if you strap him down with duck tape, pry his eyeballs open with a spoon, staple gun his balls to a chair and play a subliminal "scorp women will destroy you run away" video interspersed with images of mummified owl for 7 days...

but good luck!

Stubborn or patient? Maybe it's a combo of the two.

I on the other hand believe one should:

Banana bread. I'm trying to be good, but I have a sweet tooth that won't quit.

I'm trying to get in shape as well, but not to loss weight, just tone/build muscle. I was thinking about yoga and light weight training vs cardio. In addition to the obvious health benefits, it is said to gradually develop lean muscle because you're using your own body weight to build strength. I also like that I can do it in a class or at home. Given the weather lately, I like the option of doing it at home more and more.

I'm a sucker for dark chocolate- especially that Lindt one with little nubs of strawberry in it... *drools*.

I'm definitely carrying a little extra junk in the trunk (and these goddamn boobs!) so I'm trying a little cardio to shake it up. I'm a meso body type, so I build muscle easily and due to my attention span I prefer higher weights and lower reps. Especially arms, but the legs I have to up the reps too... Stupid tree trunk thighs!
I've just started playing with kettlebells and they are lots of fun!! And I love boxing- my scorpy sun and sagi mars play well when I'm punching something 🙂. I used to do lots of yoga, should really start that up again, but I'm hyper-flexible and can get away without it at the moment. Again, I like the more dynamic style s of yoga- the peaceful meditative ones make me twitchy!!!

You should try a hot yoga class- with it being winter and all! Toasty warm!!!

Haha. I may try that eventually. I heard it smells like ass though if you choose the wrong class . I build muscle quite easily as well and I like to push my body.

I need something to chill out though in addition to training my body. I got into an argument with someone the other day and ended up cracking my phone because I slammed it down so hard. I swear I had to do the Sun Salutation over and over again until my heart slowed down, which was quite a few times. It helped, so it seems to help with stress

well, yeah- there seems to be a direct correlation between hippies, a lack of deodorant and yoga for some reason...

And I always think the gym smells like arse, but after a minute of two it normalises in a thoroughly gross way!
you should definitely try boxing though!!! even get a PT to do some one-on-ones so you can get the hang of it and then do a class- its bloody wicked good fun, especially for getting a whole bunch of stress out of the system

I've been girly slack lately- one of my shoulders is m

I agree, but I find it funny how when I call him out on some of his rudeness he defers. He's whiny as a dog who's scented a bitch in heat and can't get to her, though. Good fucking LORD he sounds entitled.

A heavy dose of both...but especially stubborn. Outstubborned the taurus ex, and my two taurus horses....well, and everyone else who's needed it.
And can I just marry you now! We can throw rocks together! Rock throwing is my specialty. Did it to an SUV while bike riding once and almost got into a fist fight over it.

I was at a stamping class this weekend, and it's all older ladies there. I had told the scorp I'd be gone an hour, and he was waiting on me to go to his parents house. An hour later I was less than half done, so I told the ladies I had to go home quick and I'd be back so I could say goodbye. One of the ladies, I guess she's like in her 60s, goes, "you must not be married."
Lol. I thought that was such a cute and funny comment!

I'm good. A bit stressed and moody, but I'm powering through 😄

Ran into the ex Scorp at a party last week and I'll be damned if I didn't sense him hovering.. Actually I've felt him hovering for awhile now, but running into him in person just solidified the feeling. Oh well. No time like the present to stop looking back when I'm trying to go forward 🙂

Ice him out. Every time.

It was the venus retro I swear!!!

My bestie was talking about last week being 'coincidence week' all these things/ meetings that she had thought or dreamt about then kept happening- astro projection-type bollocks... And wouldn't you know it, my ex Leo got in touch too, with the "I just want to be friends, I know I stuffed up but I think you are amazing" claptrap

Hugs though! It's always a kick in the kidneys when you see the old ex...

Is that what you are stressed/ moody about?

No eye contact was made, no small talk was exchanged, and whenever he got too close to me, I would move away from him.

I'd really like to reach into my computer and wring the birdfart's stupid neck (and save the puppy M&M's)!
The little dipshit had the audacity to PM me saying that people were attacking him and it wasn't fair?! Unbelievable...

Oh, you too? lol
Yeah, I got a whole slew of those and then got accused of not standing up for him. I finally let him have it.
