In the context it was. I have a lot of personal experience with Leo's and Scorpios, so if we are sticking to the topic that is the important personal experience. I have been in postions where I had a lot of power. I was responsible for the safety of others in dangerous situations, I have decided weather or not someone lives or dies, I have been in a postion of authority, but I think the difference between simply having authority where people feel they have to do what you say, and being a LEADER where people conduct themselves a cirtain way because they have faith in you as a person is vastly different and I'n my opinion, more along the lines of powerful than simply having the authority to make someone do something.
I think other poeples power when it comes to astrological signs has a lot to do with your sign as well. I'm not an expert, but through experience with different people, friends, family, associates and everyone else I tend to see other signs as powerful, not necessary Leo and Scorpio. They have a lot of presence and have known them to be intimidating and even forceful, and find several things about them related to their sign as admirable, but forcefullness and power are completely different to me. Alot of it has to do with what traits and attributes you admire and respect and weather or not other people have them that makes them come of as powerful to you.
