Anyways - Our communication is the greatest, their are time we talk from early night to early noon. He's a truck driver we've talked from nyc to mass and back on the phone so comm isn't a problem. he popped the question....

Don't know about you two, but with us COMMUNICATION was the big issue - we can talk about anything 'casual' without a hitch, but let me try to get inside her secret spaces, or let her get me too emotional on a topic, and we'd misfire...

~dyrstr8z ;yes ours was a real rough start, but we've settled into a very comfortable relationship, a liitle more comfort than i expected. it about 4 years now COMMUNICATION isn't a problem for us thank God. opening up, was the problem for me- he would tell all, then he started to notice that i would just listen, comment and move on. so then he would pressure me HARD!!! so i told him seriouly and firmly , back off and set the stage and let come on it all on my own; and i did. now he can ask me anything and like him i tell all, well 99.5% , smile. the problem he and i have is he is jealous and i am really incapable of bs. so of cause reserved v-man will never show it so it become a big issue and it leaves me, angry, i mean- pisssss. i wouldn't give up nor mess up on my man for s@# $ in this world, but cut me some slack and because of his esteem and confidence issues i have to explain myself over and over again. i have and will be stand by that man through anything and love that strong shouldn't be questioned. he getting better with it, but it is still there.

girl, you anit never lie! but you have to respect them for their honesty. it's been said when they are critical, they care....

i'll say this - my mouth is a little reckless and i am sassy as hell - i have found my match he don't take crap from me and me from him, so he don't challenge me or go off as much anymore. but the funny thing is when he chew me out i take it like a champ, when i open my mouth his feelings get hurt; a classic case of can dish it out but can't take it back.
