In my relationships with Scorpios this year I've learned a lot about how they view the world with the idea of power. As a pisces this concept is completely foreign to me - but in talking with my scorpio friends/lovers Ive learned from many of their stories they will turn down sex because they dont want to give the woman power.

Ive been so incredulous about this point of view and can never understand, knowing how sexual these scorpios im referring to are, why an imagined idea of power would trump the opportunity for some hot sex.

But Ive heard the stories time and again - women giving them their numbers - but they never call : because it would give her the power. Women responding positively to advances the Scorpios have instigated, get flat out turned down because suddenly the scorpio 'feels' he will lose the power.

I still dont get what its about for them - but Ive seen/heard so much about it in the last year I had to share.

One particular scorpio I know, who never turns down a sexual opportunity - I started to think he was the only one who didnt have the power issue - thus he was getting laid way more - but then he was talking recently about 'low talkers' he has to encounter at work. And he said "they talk that low because they think it gives them the power. I never put up with that shit. I keep asking them to speak up or move on - because I refuse to give them the power"

I had to stifle a giggle.

wow thanks for the insight. It is crazy how one will turn down sex for power. I know a Scorpio who feels powerless if he does not have a certain income.
