why would your ex kill to keep you in his life while he doesnt want you?!

So I had this ex who broke up with me .. and it was a hurtful and messy one.. and honestly till today I dont know or understand why he over a night suddenly doesnt wanna be with me .. nothing big has happend and he never showed that he is bothered by anything no signs no nothing and also he wouldnt leave out of my life so i had to shut him out of course because... its unfair.

But he is still there on my public accounts he wouldnt cut ties for some reason .:. And he approaches me every fee days saying he want us to be on good terms ... and that he doesnt want me to hate him ... i refused to be in eachothers lives of course and i made it obvious that i dont want to talk to him ever again.

.. then few days ago after it has been 2 months or less now since we last spoke .. he again called me out of the blue to ask to be in my life and that he misses me a lot and he wants me to be his friend because i’m a good person and i mean so much to him :/ ?!

I asked him to clearfy first why did u leave me in the first place? .. he never answers this question .. so i told him i cant be “just friends” with you and its so offensive to ask me to be that after u were dying and begging for this relationship in the first place.

I mean i’m confused now ... i miss him a lot.. and i dont understand why he is doing this !.. i dont know why he broke up with me and i dont understand why he keeps trying to convince me to be in his life is he doesnt want to give us any chance in the future what so ever !!!. Its so frustrating and hurtful and i feel like ... all my efforts to move on has faded... i feel exactly like the same day we broke up 😢.

I have two exes I allowed in my life after bearkup. Both are excellent human beings.

Other however many there where treated me like shit at the end of relationship.

Here’s an advice for you - if a person treats you like shit, and then pleads to stay friends, cut them off.

Dont fall for it, they just do that to feel good about himself and feed his ego. They want you but will never admit it. And he will keep playing this game until you stop it.! He wants you to be there as a back up plan... I was on your same shoes a while ago.

Happened to me with my Gemini Ex. After 4+ years, we still talk here and there, We both know we like each other, we both know we cant be in the same bedroom alone, but we both moved on.

This guy never left me alone with that same story that he wanted to be my friend, that he didnt want me to see him as the bad guy (even tho he lied and cheated on me to his teeth), that he didnt want me to be upset with him, that he didnt want me to hate him... Exactly all the same exact things this one is telling you - he used to call me 35 times in a day and when I picked up he just wanted to say hi. But everytime I asked him if he wanted to get back to me, he kept saying he just wanted to be friends. He used to call me and invite me out, even when he was in a relationship.

I had to tell him several times to leave me alone at the same time that I had to cut him loose. for him to leave me alone. And i told him when Im ready to be his friend, I will let him know.

Sometimes when a faucet turns off, it still drips.
