Just venting: About a month ago, some of you may recall, I met a Taurus at an out of town party. He and I do not live in the same state. We did not have sex during our weekend -just a lot of fun together. At the end of the weekend he asked if I wanted to stay touch – I said yes and so far it’s just been extremely slow. Not that I expected him to hop on a plane or get in his car to drive to see me but I definitely thought we would be making plans to meet up again. My friends want me to wait it out because they know him to be an outstanding guy who moves slow. The “How’s the weather” text and calls irritate me. I’ve tried to switch it up on him. He’s receptive but doesn’t keep it going. I think he’s a cool guy and I would like to get to know him better but this is driving me nuts. We are both a young 40 but at this rate we will be 50 before we see each other again lol. I’ve still been seeing other people but because he’s slow it makes me want to get to know him even more lol. Any advice??

Yep...I'm 41 and my brother is a Taurus. I've dated a few Taurus men...he's not going to move any faster than his comfort level. It's good that you're seeing other people in the meantime. My brother was with his GF in a very long distance relationship, almost as far apart from coast to coast as you can get for about...hmmm....6 years before he finally visited long term and eventually moved in with her. He's 3 years older than me by the way, so that means he was 35 when they met and moved in with her at 41 years old. He's now 44.

The Taurus who I was seeing I cut off for a Scorp, because at 33 he wants to do things as the Europeans do it and that is to see each other casually for years until you look up 15 years later and realize that the person who you were attracted to back then still turns you on...only then will he consider anything more permanent like marriage.
