Mmmm, I don't know about that one Kyle. My ex-fiance was training for the football combines when we were in college. I came to encourage and help him. Well, I took off my sandals (had on a mini skirt) and ran the 100 faster than him. He was sooo pissed off by that; especially since a. he had been training, and b. I was barefoot in a skirt! LOL!
Yeah, the whole bodily functions thing is not my cup o' tea.

Now distance running - I'm sure you could absolutely beat me any day of the week, but in the short sprints - I'm ghost!
