Ahhh yeh. You'll thank me later. Guarantee it. "Who was that badassed woman that taught me the real deal about women...ohhhhh yehhhhh, it was VB!" 😛
Lurvs the fire, sure do. I would truly enjoy a huge stone fireplace here. Or a woodstove, so I could kick back with a coffee and watch the embers roll.
I'd rather you didn't. 1905 stick frame house, it would ignite and burn in under 10 minutes flat. Seriously. Can't you just light a fire in the fireplace?
Okay! I'll answer this, no, floors are original, it has a chimney for original woodstove upstairs and down, and I LOVE antiques. My stove is a 1937 Skelgas, my fridge a 1947 Cold Spot, I have Depression era sideboards, clocks from the 1800s, if it's old, I adore it. It all works, it's all fantastic, and nothing here screams "HANDS OFF!" It's very warm and lived in. 🙂
Just yesterday while walking out of the store I happened to spot a particularly large and rather crunchy-looking leaf... so I discreetly walked over to STEP ON IT but sadly it did not crunch lol
This other young woman must have been watching me, laughed and said "Yeah, they're not crunchy yet" lmao I just thought it was funny 😛
😄 We're all such big kids. And the outdoors never gets old. Have to do the crunchy leaves. I didn't even care overseas, I skipped along walking down to the village kicking and scattering leaves. Just felt good. My mate probably thought I was a lunatic, but *shrug*. LOL I really like that, when a pair of laughing eyes look into yours because they know exactly what it is you're thinking/doing.
