Are Tauruses Clingy in Relationships

From personal exp.My last Taurus-f wanted to hang out with me all the time, like, literally 24/7.
I was her best friend.
It actually became a little disturbing when she'd get jealous of me going to spend time with my friends.
Yeah, I've noticed if a Taurus likes you alot and considers you a "Bff" then yes, they tend to be a little "clingy".

Clingyness comes from how she was brought up whats she's experienced. It's about how far evolved she is as a person. When one is clingy it's because they aren't comfortable by themselves. Has nothing to do with the month or birthday.

I hear you! But as a guy I've never been clingy.
Depends on their chart I guess, and who you are to them. I'm not clingy with people I don't care much about. I'm actually pretty detached, and a lot of people have pointed that out to me.
I start to get clingy when I'm in love, and feel comfortable with my bf. Like right now, I feel like I've become super clingy with my bf. I have Cancer placements which tend to get clingy. When me and my bf weren't officially together, I wasn't clingy with him at all. It was to the point that he didn't even think I liked him lol.
My bf is also a Taurus, and we've been off and on for 3 years. Whenever we'd get back together, he'd act really clingy in the beginning, then he starts to get distant. I think it could be his Gemini placements and his Virgo moon.
I will admit, when I was in my teens, I wouldn't be clingy per say, but I would get a little territorial with my friends. However, that obviously changed as I got older and wanted more time for myself and my solitude. I can go months without seeing my best friends. I will reach out and say how much I miss them and eventually make time to see each other.
With a significant other, I can manage. Seeing them once or twice a week is fine with me if we are busy with our careers, etc.

If you read about Aquarius and Gemini from any esteemed astrologer you will not read about characteristics of possessiveness and clinginess if so perhaps you didn't know how to love your air sign right and you brought out their worst qualities that ....I can believe!
My Taurus BFF is extremely clingy and will not tolerate very much distance at all but she does have a cancer Rising.
my guess would be it depends on if they have any water placements and where. i always associate emotional neediness with water signs.

Ex Taurus was not clingy. However, he did need to know where I was all the time (a trait that I have not noticed in Air and Fire signs) in other words, he was more controlling. If I didn't call him through out the day, for example, if I was working and going to school and I didn't call him once in the morning, once in between work and school, and then at night, then it was such a big issue to him. (Again, something I have not noticed in air and fire signs.) He did wish I needed him more as I am a very independent person...
My Taurus friend was ghosted by a Leo, because she would not stop calling him and trying to see him. I think the more he tried to explain to her that it was not a big issue, the more it pissed her off.
She is now with a Virgo and she gets so mad at him because he has so many friends and wants to do things...she doesn't want to go along nor does she want him to go. So again, I see it more as a control thing vs. clingy. Once he is home, she doesn't hang all over him or anything. She just likes that he is home.
I don't know any clingy Taurus people.. mainly they like things a certain way and if you don't follow that they get upset (within a relationship.)

I guess it depends on the placements as that is not me at all. Neither is my Taurus like this. But we are both very much fire and air dominant I would say. Although we are very much pluto /Venus in chart synastry.

I do think that as well. My cousin is a Taurus and he rarely needs to call his wife throughout the day. But I also feel as though he is very secure with himself, not the type to need that reassurance. But I do know many who do as well.
If I really like someone and they make me happy I can be. But only because I want to say hi or see that person and share a quick laugh. Then I'm done and off to conquer the world. Lol

Yeah but our whole theme is to be able to be on our own. Doesnt mean we want to but we have that kind of mindset. So if things work out bad with someone then we'll get over pretty fast cuz we're accustomed to living on our own strength.

I'm an Aquarius dominant, with my moon in the 11th, so that's why I'm pretty detached. Also, moon in cancer can be detached too because we feel emotions so intensely that we sometimes just try to avoid relationships or confrontation to protect ourselves from getting hurt.
