What Are the Typical Stages of Dating and Relationships

The common stages of dating include the romance stage with passion, the power struggle with conflicts, the stability phase with compromise, the commitment stage with deeper dedication, and the team stage where you become a united front. These stages help partners understand relationship development and expectations over time.

Depends on the couple, like for instance my own relationship the alone time is special and rare. It's actually kinda an escape for some couples who choose to not go out because that going out scene gets dull and predictable moreso than staying home. The whole "dude I bet I can drink you under the table" "oh sorry I just puked on your table" stuff is about the most moronic and UNstimulating conversations to exist to some people.I guess with my mom being a stripper and bringing the bar home with her when the bar closed when I was younger and then marrying an alcoholic who didn't want to do anything but party made me see what it really was and turned me off of that whole idiotic crap.

-- the irrational anger stage (get angry for no reason and threaten to leave)... i usually do. and then i come back 15 minutes later sad and lonely after sitting outside the door

Lol! That's right! Then come back to share my anger and once it has been successfully transfered I feel much much better 😛

-- the "i own you" stage (for me, this usually encompasses all of the other stages, even with people i've just met) sometimes referred to as the "you don't own me" stage

You're so hilarious! I'm so lucky to own you Sag 😉
