90 Day fiancé

Anyone watch it?

Interesting show, came across it for the first time.
On there is a 19 yr old filipino girl with a man who has a daughter 2 years older than her. His previous wife was also from the philippines, and his daughter is mixed (looks more white though)...but...

How awkward is that, why dafuq would he want someone younger than his.own daughter...how awkward for everyone....

And I don't get how someone that young would want to be with someone that....well...old....
(Why would one succumb to such things to get to america...can't you find.someone who's less.....old....

He bores the shit out of her, and he senses this so to keep her interested he buys her a car. All he seems to do is work, cleans and caters to her making her meals. She's kind of lazy actually and sleeps all day.

Reminds me of my uncle though who had a mail order bride from Russia. He's about 25+ years older and marriage lasted about 2 or 3 years. She got her citizenship, ended up meeting someone her own age, divorced him and moved to Chicago.

I see this going down the same path...

Hahaha nothing but fools. You see the one with that fat old Midwestern lady and the young Arab? LOL. Hey, the show should be renamed "What will you do for an American Citizenship"

No I haven't but I'll look it up.

Ya no kidding, seems so desperate to get here. If I were those.girls amd had.some kind of looks to me, I'd be a little pickier about who I choose that way atleast my marriage could last amd not just about a citizenship.

That happens a lot in Pi. They're looking for a way into the US and finding a man to take care of them. My friends always joke about if they head over to Pi and are single, they'll come back with a wife. They also joke about sending our single, white guy friends over so they can find someone as well haha.

PS- shit like this is why the "sanctity of marriage" argument is null and void.
