Posted by centipedesomg. so bright. ouch. i wouldn't be able to sleep.
This is the ideal bedroom for me:
Still too much clutter for my taste though. Get that rag off the bed, get rid of the junk on the dresser, and put those paintings symmetrical on the wall, not leaning like construction scraps.
definitely not for me. lol
this is my style:
this is my style:

This is what I don't get about decor pics for the most part....who has that much damn square footage—? If I launched a decor mag or something online, it would definitely be wayyyyy more practical and have those same style rooms in ways that can easily be duplicated. The white room...that's foundation wall dividing that room. Then that big ass picture window to nowhere. Like...who REALLY lives in a place like that?

Sorry...it just irritates me. This is why people buy expensive shit or a lot of stuff and then their homes look like utter crap. I feel sorry for folks.

i guess they dream and desire for something beautiful, but if they can afford really expensive furniture, why can't they afford a very beautiful big house with lots of rooms?
or is there something i'm not getting?
i know that rich people can be miserly and cheap but some aren't. It depends.
i dont know. fill me in, MsTeeq!!! how does one put in gorgeous furniture and their hoes look like crap?
like this type of crap?
lol @hoes. what 's with the html. i meant "House" or "Home" really.
i love talking about homes, houses, and inside decoration, and just anything with homes.
Posted by centipedesyou live in Manhattan??Posted by MsTeeq1974yeah that's a pet peeve of mine too. I just like the minimalism of it. But the reality is, my husband and I live in a 370sf studio in an old building and still pay $ 2300 a month. I can't even imagine how much renting a place like those decor magazines costs. Probably $ 8000+ a month.
