100% serious - should I take a xanax on my wedding day ?

I don't want to not feel anything but I also don't want to be crying all day because that is not cute

I always tear up at other people's weddings so I know I'm going to like ugly cry at mine

What am I supposed to do?

I get real blotchy and red when I cry too - it's super not cute

Even trying to pick a wedding song has me choking it back

But what's giving me anxiety is remembering a good friends' wedding I was maid of honor - she was like sobbing - couldn't even read her vows

I don't know. Just make sure you set food aside for you and your husband. The bride and groom almost never get food. ?

Go through several practice wedding runs first. Get people to gather around and watch you while you make a speech or say your vows. Get it all out of your system so that you can turn up on the wedding day itself and marry like a pro.

I am almost fainted at Juatice of the peace! If I had a real wedding - it would make me tons of money on YouTube!

I haven't read the entire thread, so forgive me if I am asking a redundant question: when is the wedding? Do you have time to see a professional that can train you to use calming techniques?

I think it's best to just feel the emotions. It's human nature and crying at your wedding would be beautiful in my eyes.
