Yes, it Feels good to be a giver, but not always dude...i don't think you do understand how to live life in the real world...why always be a giver to others that you knew they can still able to work—you need to have a balance in your life too...what if someone ask you to give or donate all your money ( if you do have) or all your investment w/o analyzing, would you do that?? it's easy to say yes here...maybe you are one of busybodies...lol

virgo is a martyr and by nature, sacrificial. this means that virgo WILL extend themselves far more than most any other sign
by learning that you don't DESERVE a return, by recognizing that you have a CHOICE in who you give to, you don't allow other people's shortcomings to grate on you so much. if you give, and don't get back, it shouldn't eat you up. you did the right thing and that should be reward enough.
It appears that there are only a select few who have said in here that if something is given, then there is an expectation of a return.
I would have to elaborate on what sacrifice is, because it doesnt' necessary equate to being a martyr .... if a person is devoted, is loyal to a position, a person, a thought .. and in this devotion, they have given a great sacrifice, that doesn't necessary mean that they consider it a burden upon themselves.
I believe that if a person gives to another for the purpose of the giving, then this is a sacrifice of themselves that they make, and they shouldn't then have a right to complain about the reciever not being appreciative, while still maintaining they have integrity.
Generosity is the action of giving without asking anythign in return.

The sad part is the hypocrisy.
This is in reference to the thread I posted, where I did a favor for a young lady stranded out in the cold at night, who then took advantage of my genorisity by EXPECTING me to do this every night.
Funny, this reminds me of a recent situation with my Virgo friend, as well. I'd be getting in late in the mornings (due to a recent shift in jobs, working way the fuck out in the middle of nowhere, practically outside the city) and she offered me a ride so I wouldn't have to throw away $ 30 on a cab. It was so clear she was motivated to be helpful (not looking to be a hero) because she offered when she could and told me no when she couldn't. She had no reason to help me the times she did, it was just clear that because she had a car and I didn't, it made sense to her in that way. The times I asked and ended up taking the train, she would even text me, practically minute-by-minute, and be like, "You should be done getting dressed now. ________ can wait. Get out the door now!" It was hilarious.
I have since moved closer to work. End of story.
