From my experience I would say Aqua is the most unemotional sign, my bestie once said to me "let me just cut off that thought right there so I won't feel a thing about it because if I let my mind go there my emotions will." They know how to disconnect from the thought or suppress the thought of things that will cause them to have an emotion about it whatever they don't want to matter won't simple.
Cappy's can be passive about their emotions as to not look emotional but they are emotional.
Virgo's are the most emotional ppl I know they display it by judging and critiquing every thing.
