Need help with this virgo girl

I am a sag, my virgo ex broke up with me about a month ago as she mentioned to me feelings are not strong and she is not ready, etc.... I told her to go and figure out everything and from my side I wont text or call anymore...couple of days ago, she text me out of the blue because her friend got into a bad accident and she wanted to know if i can find her the name of the hospital which she can find very easy if she googled it, however i helped her to find it and i told her if she needed any help for her friend to let me know...she was having one of the worst days of her lifes as she was texting me...

what is happening exactly? and why among all her friends she would send me to help her out? as i found it very weird that she can do it herself

I am a virgo girl. I would say that she likes you otherwise she wouldn`t text you in a problematic situation. Sometimes we feel a bit confused about emotional issues. What happened next? She said anything else?
