Scorpio woman - Virgo Man. Shuttered...

Hello everyone! I have been enjoying reading into this forum about my virgo male, but it's time that I share my own little story here cause I desperately need advice..
About 4 months ago, a temp. guy arrived at work to complete a 4-5 month project. I never pay any attention to guys in the workplace but this one was different.. We would always engage in a little banter, he would always come to me and try in a very humble and kind way to start a conversation. I realised we were very compatible, and started to really like him. However, he would never make a first step to ask for my number so I decided to make it!
I found him sitting alone, approached him, gave him my number, asked him to come closer and kissed him. - AT WORK -
From there it started.. Daily secret "meetings" in a secret space at work. Kissing, talking, hugging. -no sex-.
The only problem was, he wouldn't text after work or sometimes he wouldn't initiate our meetings and wouldn't ask to see me out of work!
After 3 weeks of happiness, while we were sitting and talking in our secret place, he kissed me and said: You know that I am married and I ve got a child don't you?
I lost it completely.. I got so upset, sad, almost in tears. He said he thought I knew, and I said we should stop seeing each others immediately. Little did I know that it was too late to stop something as addictive as what we had. He told me he had cheated on his wife before, but that was only sexual. With me it was more emotional, more sensitive. I insisted we should stop and he agreed. (that was before 2 weeks xmas holiday). We stopped for two weeks, didn't see each other, didn't text each other, it was such a bad holiday, as being daily with him for 8 hours a day, 3 months, made me miss him a lot. I knew he was a bad person doing this to his wife but yet how could he be so sweet and caring when we are together? Confusing.. Anyway.
Last Monday I came back to work. I saw him and he asked to meet me in our secret place. We kissed and said how much we missed each others and that he couldn't take me out of his head during xmas. I said the same. He then told me he travels often for work overseas, so he would like to take me with him to his next trip and spend a weekend together away from everyone. He also said he wants to see me on Sunday (today) for lunch out of work. All that was on Monday.
Tuesday he was distant, didn't come to our secret place.
Wed, we spent time together in his car, chatting for an hour on lunch and he repeated the question about our "trip".. We spoke about what we would do on sunday, I was getting so excited. Still - no sex - . Seeing him daily made me not to care about the fact he is married, i reached a point that I honestly didn't even care if the whole work knew. I was falling in love. Suddenly from Thursday until today he got so cold, no text for meeting Sunday, nothing.. I texted him saying if its still on, he never responded. I don't understand why he would suggest stuff and not d

Why would he suggest and not follow through? Why so hot and cold? Why so moody?
Yes, he is married is the answer. Why oh why start it again then? Why fill me up with hopes? I am dealing with a hard situation at home which he knows all about and he was my escape.. as much of an oasis as it was, as much as I know it will not last, it still fills me with excitement and something to look forward to. Why would he play with my head since he KNOWS he is my escape. This is killing me guys!

Ok well so far I haven't gotten any responses on the issue so I will give few more details..

Few of his talks were:

him: "because i can't, I ve got a family"

2) him: I will never leave my wife, I will hurt you, we should stop.

me: I am stopping this now. I am hurt already, you played a tough game on me.
him: I'm sorry. comes close, kisses me, i push him, he grabs me, he kisses me.

3) me: Its temporary, you don't want me, you are just playing me. him: I want you, that is the problem.
him: I have a surprise for you tomorrow (no surprise followed after)
5) me: We never had sex, yet I have feelings for you. How can you not reply to my text? How can you be cold? him: I am a cold hearted bastard.
6) Him: I can see in your eyes how happy you are when we are together. Me: You are so cold hearted, I see no emotions in your eyes. him: I am not cold hearted.
7) You will get hurt from me, you need someone to take care of you, you are a good girl.

I want to make him stop playing with my head!! I cannot step out yes, I am weak when it comes to him, he was my escape from a very demanding and harsh reality. It just got too emotional before I find out he's married. Don't expect scorpio to put logic in intense, passionate situations like this. I am weak.Now.
Question is, how do I get him to stop grabbing me back when i try to step out and how do i get him to stop playing me?

I got no power left, even the tiniest bits of temporary happiness I get from him help me so much.

And, SensitiveBlues, for treetrunks sake, butter happens to people!!!! not trying to excuse myself at all.. However i didn't write this to get called a whoooooore, people are writing in this forum cause usually they feel helpless. Some of us are not strong at all and are going through bad times, that for me was my escape and the cherry on the cake.

It will be even worse than what it is now, you are absolutely right. Monday tomorrow, ready to face him. Of course, being the nice, pleasant, smooth talking slippery fuck that he is, he will do anything in his power to drag me to that room again while I ve taken pains to stop it. Hopefully his project will finish soon and i ll be able to get over this.

Since this situation involves work, you could report it to Human Resources and/or your boss. Tell them the truth, and you might want to email from home or go see them early in the morning before you change your mind. This won't be your only shot at happiness.

I don't know of this is the best.course of action. She's just as much at fault as the Virgo at this point. She did make the first move on him as well AT WORK.

She can tell him if he doesn't leave her alone from this point, that what you suggested would be her next step. He wouldn't want to cause those kinds of waves, because wife might find out.

Definitely I agree that you should end this, and tell him that and refuse to go to that room no matter what he says to you. Don't tell him about ending this in that room, where there's an intimate feeling for you that makes you feel even weaker (from what you've described). You could threaten to tell someone if he attempts anything, but if you do you should be prepared to actually tell, because it shouldn't be a bluff which he might be able to spot so it won't deter him. But if you don't go to that room, and are never alone with him, he can't grab you at least.

Take his advice and leave as soon as you're able. Find your worth.

Snap back to reality, suggah, he's gonna eat you alive and leave you with less than you had to begin with.
