I don't know honestly. From what I've witness with virgo men in relationships, it's hardly ever a good one. Virgo man and Sagittarius lady....eeerp not a chance. I know those couples and there's not a day goes by I ever seen them live happily ever after. And two Virgo couples is worst.
The best option would probably be a water sign lady. Or all three water signs. That's my opinion.
I think Virgo men stay single long because they don't need a relationship. They are fine being single. Which isn't a bad thing.
But any Mutable sign can work together, because we are so flexible. It just takes patience, communication and understanding on both sides.

lol I've only been in a long term relation ship with a Gemini and a Scorpio so I have no clue.
But I like the slow pace and patience of a Virgo, I like that they want to work through things with the person they are interested in.
I also love how much they talk when there is pillow talk. The catching up they do is amazing.
But as far as a relationship and seeing all there is to see with them, I haven't found out yet because I don't spend that much time with one.
I think all signs can be in relationships. There are nothing wrong with Virgos or any other sign. You just have to find a person to accept you for who you are.
