Not icy, we're just appear to be quiet, preoccupied, mean and reserved. Mostly because we want to sound so intelligent and perfect when we speak so we choose our words so carefully and we lost the moment to speak up. Most people already move on to the next topic and we're still stuck on introduction. We don't do small talks, this is the problem. Practice to get into small talks and you find you have more potential in you, rather than just being a wallpaper.

No way! I love my Cap friends. They're far from icy. They are so warm but they are so negative. They can suck the energy out of every room.

I can agree to this to some level....Im actually doing it now to my new "boss" granted Im being professional if she ask me questions etc....but when she not...she doesnt exist. I wont even look in her direction or at her....childish? maybe?! but shes a drama queen, fake, liar etc...and I wont get sucked into it...and she wants me to. Just this morning...I walked in and shes like "good morning" I say "morning" then sit down and start doing my shit...she nastily says "this isnt going to work...you cant even say Good morning" I told her I did...I said "morning" She knows I did but wants to play....sorry sweety, not this Virgo!
