@D...Linda Goodman's description you share on Virgo Male is pretty accurate.

The following snippets happens to be an old dxp gentlemen that KNOWS about Virgo men. Every female from dxp came to this guy for advice and loved him. (well most..anyway) He IS a Virgo male and a sweet friend from the past. He's missed sorely...

THE VIRGO MALE

[2] His Moods

Contrary to popular belief, the quiet, reserved, stoic Virgo male has emotions. Don't believe me: Then ask the parents of a teenaged Virgo son. You'll know them by the frazzled hair (if they haven't pulled it all out!), bloodshot eyes, and "jumpy" battlefield reactions to the slightest noise. Exaggerating a little here, but not by much. Their "sweet boy" who was so good through the 6th grade does a Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde around his 13th birthday. Having gone through the adolescent hormone roller-coaster many years ago, I'm having to rely on dusty memory, but I do recall never feeling so out of control - like I had multiple warring personalities "duking" it out in my cranium!

But take heart: With LOTS of parental TLC, and LOTS of physical labor (to expend the excess energy that's causing the turmoil), the Virgo boy will emerge into young manhood with an intact psyche, and such a sense of relief that he will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to avoid another psychotic outbreak!

In short: Virgo boy is like an episode of "The Andy Griffith Show" and Virgo teen is like the last 23 minutes of "Apocalypse Now"!

As Virgo man gets older, and has more years of success over the demons of his youth, he becomes a very pleasant guy indeed. But, he will have (usually short) relapses into what can only be described as a dark as midnight foul-ass funk. It will not come on like an earthquake, there will be WARNING SIGNS of the approaching storm: he eats less (if at all), talks less, and avoids you more. If you're living with him, he'll find reasons to be in another part of the house / yard / neighborhood. If you're living apart, you may not see these signs, and wonder why the schmuck suddenly stopped calling, e-mailing, stopping for you when you're standing in front of his car (okay, he WILL stop, or at least SWERVE around you!).

Yes, this is what happened. I will buckle my seatbelt for the next time. I really needed to see this.

Actually .... turn that backwards ....

It's not no actions ... or no walk.

It's all walk and no talk.

I know this is old and she is gone, but I judge people by their actions because most of the time words are lip service and don't mean squat. So I'd rather be all "walk" and no "talk", watch my actions they tell you everything you need to know...
