Virgo vs taurus Who's a Better Earth Sign

In your own opinion who's a better earth sign they say Taurus is the first and i always wondered why then Virgo is second if Virgos are about perfection shouldn't we be the first earth sign.

i know taurus are stubborn that's why i can't have them as people to chill with because they are hard to reach mentally but virgos are more stubborn when it comes to knowledge but at least were willing listen to your statements.

i guess Capricorns is the best friendship pair with Virgo in my opinion.

so lets debate this.

I can't say I disagree, although there seems to be a somewhat negative tone to it.

In my very own personal taurus-virgo relationship anyone can see how well we go

My friends agree. It's crisp clear to anyone around us that I'm number one to him, no doubts.

Over here in bull-ville (me) I've actually made an effort to be more expressive because it

HA HAHAHAAA.... you are probably right, Bella.. I might be a tad bit jealous for you ladies can be so laid back and can watch the Virgo work for you. They will truly work hard to see you happy. As Raining also mentioned, I did experience the Virgo man being 2 steps ahead of Taurus woman for he cares for her approval. If it keeps Virgo Man happy and yourself happy, then of course, it is positive. It seems like a natural match.

However in my own experience, Virgo Men who had previous relations with Taurus woman confided in me that as much as they felt intruiged by her slow & steady ways, he also started losing the fun in things over the years. It turned into somewhat of a Mother&Son type of relationship. She was the one setting the rules, and he was to be the executor, which he gladly did. Not sure if I make sense. I like to apologize, am not trying to put your sign down, but I think a Taurus woman's inflexibility can take away a Virgo's freedom of thought over the years.

Well, I am a Scorpio with moon and rising in Taurus and currently dating a virgo man.

I don't know what to say......🙂 except that we are both happy, whether it is my scorpio or taurus that draw us to one another, I don't know....maybe I am just a good mix.

Oh dear... I didn't mean to scare you ladies within your relationships, but I realize I brought up something that I was wondering about myself of how the dynamics works between these two signs, that is for Virgo and Taurus to be rated on highest scale to compatibility.

What is it that makes it the highest rated?

I'm attracting Virgo men myself. They usually seem to spot me before I spot them and somehow.. the virgo man has been always the initiator in my case. My moon is Taurus ladies. I'm the slow type myself. My rising is Aries, but it borders very close to Taurus. That might be one of the reasons that I get this attention by Virgo man, but I also know that my Scorpio Sun brings out their playfulness... or the child in them. However, I also experienced at many occasions that we do miscommunicate with Virgo, which doesn't seem the case for Taurus women. Perhaps that is the part bringing down Scorpio in scale... I can't know.

Either way.. please don't worry Lady Raining.. I just felt mentioning. If this ever comes up in your relationship, perhaps it can be something to consider, for now it is nothing but theory.

One of my good buddies is a taurus woman. I think she dated a virgo guy for a while and ended up marrying a capricorn (he's on the cusp like me lol)

I do think taurus and virgo is a good combination, when both parties are in the right place in their lives. See, my friend wanted to move forward with life and the virguy she was with was content on having things stay the same for the time being.

Virgos are mutable and Taurus are fixed.

I think that is the most simple way to end this argument, my opinion of course.

I am kind of an astrology nut. And Virgo is actually one of the weakest signs while Taureans are one of the strongest and most stable. Virgo's mock fire signs, one of my friends, a Leo with a virgo rising and moon virgo, exudes her fire sign and wants everyone to know it. In my opinion as an Earth, I have noticed that other Earth signs compete with each other. Stupid. Taurus is the number one Earth sign, they are stable, down to earth and stubborn. They are extreme home bodies, love food and all comforts. Known to over indulge!

Virgo and Taurus is an excellent match and it can be fruitful.....but not for immature people. Taurus lady isn't at first attracted to virgo guy until she sees him in his element. A taurus would find it hard to resist a virgo's charisma. And virgo's can't resist a taurus' sincere warmth.

My last love was a Virgo, my current a Taurus. IMO both signs exhibit earthiness to manly perfection but with subtle differences. Virgo is more flamboyant, Taurus is more quietly sensual in public, Taurus will stay close and touch a lot physically to show his ownership, Virgo will be nearby and touch with his eyes to show his ownership, Virgo and Taurus will do things for you to show love, Virgo more inclined to doing practical things around the house inside and out, Taurus more inclined to making the inside more comfortable by the things he does, Taurus wants to feed the body always making sure enough and the right kind of food has been consumed, virgo wants to feed the mind stimulating it. I preferred the taurus traits over the virgo traits... to an extent. The taurus I was dating had stability, was a worker and i admired that as a Cap. Virgo..tends to be lazy and take the easy way out all the while saying how others do that and doesn't see that in himself. There was more passion and emotional connection sexually with Taurus than Virgo. I have to 'lead' the relationship with a virgo, and he's willing to give/bend more than Taurus.

I have water and fire in my synastry so I am able to take a Taurus stubbornness, etc. and work around it.

The irony, I said something like that playfully to my Taurus when we were both drunk. She told me in that case it's "goodbye", very cold and simple.

Well this virgo was in a long relationship with a Taurus and I will never do that again. Being a reasonable virgo there was a lot I had to tolerate and put up with. I left after I could not get my Taurus girl to see that her demands and controls were driving me crazy. One thing I believe is that Virgos as a sign are miss read. I think we are more of a free spirit in that we do what we want and want to define life on our terms.

We are adaptable when we want to be. We choose our path and if you don't believe me try and make a virgo do something they don't want to do.

Virgo and Taurus are just different in their approaches to life.

I love celticlionness stating the differences in Taurus and Virgo men in bed. I cannot tell you how many times I have wanted to lay there and hold my lady and cuddle her until she falls asleep only to be whispered a request to tell her a story or talk to her until she falls asleep.

this thread is stupid. all of the earth signs fulfill a specific function and none of us are any better than the rest.

taur/virgo compatiblity is great. same as taur/cap and cap/virgo. we're all trine so we're perfectly matched. it's just a matter of compromising and having good communication.

individuals may not be compatible due to upbringing or specific life circumstances but that doesn't mean that NO virgo and NO taurus are compatible.
