Pretty much. If I don't think someone is going to freak out about what I really think or feel and are able to just be chill, I don't have any problem at all with casually rolling over and blurting stuff out at random. And surprisingly to some, it's almost always positive, flattering, and at times, shamelessly sappy.

The Virgo forum is the only forum in which it's natives actively separate and discriminate each other according to decans or some other such trivial detail. Because of this phenomenon its difficult for me to feel a true or strong sense of belonging and kinship.
I also feel that we make ourselves lonely when we defend ourselves as strongly as we do when we're offended because we turn people away like that.
That pain we feel when someone reveals a fault of ours to us doesn't mean we need to be stubborn about what makes us, us. It's actually an opportunity to choose to be aware, learn, correct, grow stronger, and even become closer with the other person. In this way we can fulfill our objective as Virgos in this physical world by serving as a beacon of real growth and change for the better.

I'm wondering why persons who are, shall we say, notorious for being unnecessarily cruel and who have been known to libel, gratuitously fling insults, and encourage thoughts of self-harm feel a need to lecture anyone on the concept of honor. :/

I understand what you're saying about unnecessary emotions.....and I agree. I don't go into fits of rages, yell, cry or throw things. That's not me. And if someone did that to me, I'd walk away just as you. In fact I did that years ago to a co worker who went off the deep end in the work place.
The emotion I'm referring to is normal stuff like having a sense of humor, smiling, showing appreciation for someone, giving someone a hug, telling someone they are special and hearing it in your voice....those type of things. That to me is human. My experience has been that most male Virgo's I've dealt with can't even do these simple things consistently. It's like foreign to them. So it's hard to relate.
I have spoken with a certain male Virgo I've known for years in a very calm and honest manner. He didn't open up. He shut down and then the criticizing started. So you see, sometimes we feel as if we are in between a rock and a hard place.

I think the bottom line is that we all have our differences. I've never said Virgo's are wrong or bad for holding a different perspective when dealing with emotions/communication/relationships. It's not a matter of being anything wrong....it's simply a matter that I have yet to fully understand it. Probably

Then I guess I'm not true to my sign, lol. I do get emotional out of frustration though. When I am trying to explain/express myself & it gets misconstrued as something else, after I've just went over it 30 times & they're still not hearing me? I tend to start yelling then because at that point I'm totally annoyed.
So yes, I get emotional regarding repetitive shit because I have no patience.
