Funny. My first boyfriends best friend was an Aquarius. I broke that friendship up.. oops.
Anyways.... I don't know any Virgo/Gemini pairs off hand but geminis are my favorite. They are the most supportive people I know. They're just super energetic and always know how to get me out of a mood. There's just a playful energy to them but at the same time they're really dependable. I've been in a few circumstances where geminis are the only ones to come rescue me.
i don't see Virgo with fire signs.

Taurus male - worst relationship
Taurus female - best friend
Pisces male - worst relationship
Pisces female - best friend
Aries male - love of my life but very rocky relationship
Leo male - always bad for me
Cancer male - very close dear friend (love the guy)
Cancer female - best friend but can be rocky at times (always setting boundaries with her)
Scorpio male - I've known only one (that I know of) love/hate relationship - still trying to recover from him 😢

For me it'd be Leo's.
I've had two very bad experiences with the females.
One was very fake, her friendly personality was fake and I saw right through it. She just started at my job and tried to have a coworker fired while buddying up to me when it goes south. Only to have herself canned.
The other was a Leo woman in a committed relationship who boasted about flirting with many men and justified giving out her number, but never going further than that. Claimed it's not cheating. However, she was a heavy flirt.
I know not all Leos to be like this, but from my experience alone we have not been compatible.
