I've had two very bad experiences with the females.
One was very fake, her friendly personality was fake and I saw right through it. She just started at my job and tried to have a coworker fired while buddying up to me when it goes south. Only to have herself canned.
The other was a Leo woman in a committed relationship who boasted about flirting with many men and justified giving out her number, but never going further than that. Claimed it's not cheating. However, she was a heavy flirt.
I know not all Leos to be like this, but from my experience alone we have not been compatible.
