what does it mean when a married Virgo man consistently flirts with a woman?

do they just secretly want to cheat?...

Is it just someone being friendly or someone being flirty? because there is a difference but it's also a fine line. Two of the male virgos I know I've witnessed this. One is straight up flirty, one is just really friendly and acts the same way with guys as with girls. (and is straight ha ha)

I notice this in all virgos i Know, male or female, that when they are in commited relationships/marriages, they become more flirty and they cheat. I'm experiencing now a married virgo man wanting to reconnect with me. Even I'm ignoring him, he doesn't give up.
