What's the relationship like?
A lot of this depends on exact degrees of each placement to determine how they will interact with one another, but I can see how there is potential for a strong attraction between these charts in the beginning. I don't know that I would call it favorable in the long-term though.
Capricorn and Aries risings will square one another, putting the impulsive and brash ram at odds with the goat's more cool and calculated demeanor.
Leo and Scorpio moons will also square one another meaning that the emotional needs of the individuals are unlikely to be on the same page much of the time. The scorpion is a reclusive creature in comparison to the lion's more ostentatious nature. The Scorpio moon would probably become annoyed by Leo's need for attention over time. Most of the +ve supports you mentioned didn't appear in the synastry, I only found the man's Asc trine woman's moon and mars.
Hmm, both of them has their Mercury in Virgo with these aspects:
Virgo Sun conj Virgo Mercury
Virgo Mercury conj Virgo Mars
I particularly noticed the man's venus unaspected in the synastry, what does that mean? Only the woman's venus is aspected with the man's planets:
