Hes more protective/ jealous I can’t tell which. He calls like 100 times a day, wants all my attention, surpringly doesn’t have many close friends but lots of associates. Hes more introverted than I originally thought. He takes time to himself but won’t tolerate me not being available when he “needs” me ( he has frequent tantrums about being neglected😟)

Sounds like my experience. The needy/clingy/possessive/calling 5000 times a day and bugging out if you don't answer is just beginning...It's flattering at the start that someone is THAT into you, makes you feel super loved and needed.
