I met a Capricorn man about 3 weeks ago, exchanged numbers and didn’t speak to him for week as he was reaching out, yet he stated persistent and I gave him a chance. If he isn't being proactive in trying to spend time with you, something's stopping him, either because he's unsure or because he's not interested, imo.

He’s been very proactive, he was acting funny to me today yet he was bush cooking for the holiday, maybe I’m tripping.

He’s always been the one reaching out and today I did the reaching out. I can admit I shouldn’t have waited but when your use to the bs, actions are louder than words. He was just like he was catering for his cousin’s party which he told me a few days back so he wasn’t as communicative as he would normally be.

Sounds like he has been pretty communicative and proactive. The only thing he was not as communicative...he told you in advance.
